Truly make an impact on others and within your own fitness. You will be able to do this by having a deeper understanding of what makes a “complete” workout and the reasoning for our program design.
Come ready to work a mental sweat as well as a physical one as we go over the following:
- Intentional warm ups
- Proper cool downs
- Steps needed to build and progress a complete athlete correctly
- The difference between flexibility and mobility
- Better understand the intensity and recovery relationship
